MARY died December 20, 1863 in Northampton Co., VA, at 45 years of age. Her body was interred Old Downing Cemetery, Northampton Co., VA.

She married ARTHUR WAINHOUSE DOWNING (Dr.) Accomack Co., VA, November 8, 1837. ARTHUR was born in Northampton Co., VA October 17, 1815. ARTHUR was the son of EDMUND W. P. DOWNING (Dr.) and MARY "POLLY" BELL. ARTHUR died November 21, 1901 in Northampton Co., VA, at 86 years of age. His body was interred Old Downing Cemetery, Northampton Co., VA.

MARY PARRAMORE BAYLY and ARTHUR WAINHOUSE DOWNING (Dr.) had the following child:

1378 i. MARGARET H.¹¹ DOWNING was born March 14, 1850. MARGARET died June 14, 1900 at 50 years of age. She married FREDERICK WADDEY in Northampton Co VA, April 13, 1869. FREDERICK was born about 1842. FREDERICK was the son of EDWARD R. WADDEY and HARRIET NOTTINGHAM.
