6. MADDOX² FISHER (PATIENCE¹ "V") (#171) was born in Northampton Co VA about 1697. MADDOX died after 1737 in Northampton Co VA.

He married SARAH. (SARAH is #172.) SARAH died after 1749. In 1737, Maddox sold his undivided third interest in 400A at the mouth of Muddy Creek, inherited from his father, Thomas Fisher, to Thomas Marshall (will dtd 1760). That same land was sold in 1769 by Thomas Marshall's sons, Esme and Thomas John. (Ralph T. Whitelaw, Virginia's Eastern Shore)

MADDOX FISHER and SARAH had the following children:

+ 29 i. MADDOX³ FISHER.

+ 30 ii. ROSE FISHER was born about 1715.
