He married MARY HARRISON MAY. MARY was the daughter of JOHN FITZHUGH MAY and MARGARET FIELD. (Whitelaw, p. 1062)

THOMAS HENRY BAYLY (Judge) and MARY HARRISON MAY had the following children:

child 868 i. ANNE MAY8 BAYLY was born 1840. ANNE died 1860 at 20 years of age.

child 869 ii. EVELYN MAY BAYLY was born April 13, 1851. EVELYN died May 25, 1929 at 78 years of age. She married LOUIS MCLANE TIFFANY (Dr.). (Whitelaw 1062)
