705. THOMAS7 ROBINS (JR.) (THOMAS6, ELIZABETH5 PURNELL, BENJAMIN4, MATTHEW3, THOMAS2, THOMAS1) was born in Philadelphia, PA July 11, 1835. THOMAS died December 18, 1905 in New York, NY, at 70 years of age.

He married EMILY DAVIS in New York, NY, April 1, 1861. EMILY was born 1837. EMILY died 1907 at 70 years of age.

THOMAS ROBINS (Jr.) and EMILY DAVIS had the following children:

child 856 i. ANN DAVIS8 ROBINS was born about 1865. ANN died 1916 at 51 years of age.

child 857 ii. THOMAS ROBINS (III) was born in Philadelphia, PA September 1, 1868. THOMAS died September 15, 1957 in Old Saybrook, CT, at 89 years of age. He married WINIFRED HOWARD TUCKER in Boston, MA, April 26, 1894. WINIFRED was born in Concord, NH February 1, 1869. WINIFRED died November 4, 1957 in Old Saybrook, CT, at 88 years of age. He invented the belt conveyor for moving coal and ores, which won grand prize at the Paris Expo and highest in its class at the the Buffalo and St. Louis Expos. He served on the Naval Consulting Board to work in the development of anti-submarine warfare equipment. (Matthew Wise, The Littleton Heritage, p. 250)

child 858 iii. WILLIAM BOWDOIN ROBINS was born in New York, NY about 1870. Died young.

child 859 iv. WILLIAM POWELL ROBINS was born in New York, NY about 1872. WILLIAM died February 6, 1926 at 53 years of age.
