856. HENRY7 STURGIS (JOHN OUTTEN6, JOHN OUTTEN5, MARY4 OUTTEN, SARAH3 PURNELL, JOHN2, THOMAS1) was born about 1790. HENRY died about 1822 in Worcester Co., MD.
He married SARAH BRERETON in Somerset Co., MD, October 2, 1810. Henry was named as son of John O. Sturgis, Jr. by his grandfather in 1816. He was given part of a tract called "Friends Assistance."
It is not proved that this is the Henry Sturgis who married Sarah Brerton in 1810 or who died by 1822 leaving an orphan Elizabeth. There was a Henry Sturgis, son of Priscilla, who was age 15 in 1807 orphans court of Worcester, bound out to James Holland, blacksmith. (Ocean City Lifesaving Museum)
