He is shown as Sergeant, Worcester Militia, Wicomico Battalion, Capt. John Parramore's Company, July 15, 1780. He took the Oath of Allegiance in Worcester in 1778 before the Honorable John Selby. (Henry C. Peden, Revolutionary Patriots of Worcester & Somerset Cos.) In 1783, Levin is shown with properties "Hog Quarter," "Timber Quarter," "Milbourn's Savannah," and "Goose," with 4 males and 2 females.
