187. William H.⁶ Richardson (Polly or Molly⁵ Sturgis, Joshua⁴, John³, John², John¹) birth date unknown.

He married Eleanor "Nelly" Sturgis in Worcester Co., MD, November 20, 1807. Eleanor was born about 1788. Eleanor was the daughter of John Sturgis(IV) and Mary Purnell. Eleanor died after 1850. It is not proved that Nelly married William H. Richardson. Many of William's descendants are listed in an estate distribution in 1888.

William H. Richardson and Eleanor "Nelly" Sturgis had the following children:

179 i. Matilda⁶ Richardson was born about 1808.

180 ii. Mary A. Richardson was born about 1812. Mary died 1851 at 39 years of age. She married William Sturgis in Worcester Co., MD, January 12, 1837. William was born 1803. William was the son of John Sturgis(V) and Nancy Bishop. William died after 1850. William appears in the 1850 census.

181 iii. William Richardson was born about 1816. William died before 1888.

182 iv. Benjamin T. Richardson was born 1817.

183 v. Littleton James Richardson was born 1822. Littleton died 1865 at 43 years of age. He married Hariett Elizabeth Scarborough in Worcester Co., MD, January 4, 1843. Hariett was born before November 1, 1828. Hariett was the daughter of Richard Scarborough and Harriett or Elizabeth C. White.

184 vi. Ellen Richardson was born about 1824. She married William Holland.

185 vii. Zadock H. Richardson was born about 1828. He married Elizabeth B. Deverix January 16, 1850.
