127. JACOB⁵ STURGIS (WILLIAM⁴, WILLIAM³, JOHN², JOHN¹) birth date unknown. JACOB died 1810 in Worcester Co., MD.

He married CATHERINE (wife of Jacob Sturgis). Jacob is cited in the will of Joshua Sturgis in 1773 as Jacob of William. Jacob was a Revolutionary Patriot. In 1774, he is shown with "Jacob's Lot" and "Friends Assistance." In 1783 he is shown with the same two tracts, 1M, 3F.

JACOB STURGIS and CATHERINE (wife of Jacob Sturgis) had the following children:

190 i. JOSHUA⁶ STURGIS. JOSHUA died 1825. He was of age in 1800 and shown as Joshua Sturgis of Jacob.

191 ii. PRISCILLA STURGIS. She married (N) NOBLE.

192 iii. CATHARINE STURGIS. She married CHARLES HARRIS in Worcester Co., MD, July 17, 1801.
