She married Hancock (IV) JACOB in Northampton Co VA, June 3, 1803. (Hancock (IV) JACOB is #839.) Hancock was the son of Hancock (III) JACOB and Sarah HARMANSON. Hancock died 1819.

Ann JAMES and Hancock (IV) JACOB had the following children:

315 ii. Margaret D. JACOB (#844). She married Richard H. READ in Northampton Co VA, 1835. (Richard H. READ is #982.) Richard was born 1813. Richard was the son of Luther H. READ and Mary SIMPKINS.

316 iii. Robert Clark JACOB (#845). He married Margaret Susan P. M. WILKINS in Northampton Co VA, December 16, 1833. (Margaret Susan P. M. WILKINS is #985.) Margaret was the daughter of Robert WILKINS and Elizabeth "Betsey" HARMANSON.

317 iv. Sarah Ann JACOB (#846). She married John S. WIDGEON in Northampton Co VA, 1834. (John S. WIDGEON is #847.)

318 v. Elizabeth H. JACOB (#842) was born March 20, 1804. Elizabeth died October 28, 1859 at 55 years of age. She married Michael D. HALLETT in Northampton Co VA, 1824. (Michael D. HALLETT is #981.) Michael was born 1787. Michael died January 26, 1844 at 56 years of age. (proof needed that this Hancock is correct parent, W. Wilkins)
