2. John² Harpur {[Sir]} (Richard¹) was born in Swarkstone, County Derby, England before 1573. John died 1622 at 50 years of age.

He married Elizabeth Novel. Elizabeth was born about 1573.

John Harpur [Sir] and Elizabeth Novel had the following child:

3 i. Jane³ Harpur was born before 1622. She married Patrick Lowe. Patrick was born 1562. Patrick was the son of Jasper Lowe and Dorothy Sacheville. (See Patrick Lowe for the continuation of this line.)
