He married Margaret Sarah KILLMON in Princess Anne, MD, MD, 11 Jan 1905. (Margaret Sarah KILLMON reference 20) (Margaret Sarah KILLMON is #113.) Margaret was born 17 Sep 1887. Margaret was the daughter of William Thomas KILLMAN and Sarah V MARTIN. Margaret died 8 APR 1960 in Parksley, Accomack Co., Va., at 72 years of age. Her body was interred 1960 in Liberty Cem, Parksley, Va.⁽⁷⁾ Family lived in Girdletree MD. for some period of time. The house he built in Parksley Va was a Sears home, from the catalog. Charles real name at birth was Lenared, but at age 2 he said he wanted to be called Charley.

Charles Thomas JUSTIS and Margaret Sarah KILLMON had the following children:

7 ii. Preston T JUSTIS (#146) was born in GIRDLE TREE MD. 7 SEP 1907. Preston died 1994 at 86 years of age. He married Thelma Arnold. (Thelma Arnold is #767.)

8 iv. Samuel H JUSTIS (#135) was born in Gurdletree, MD, MD 10 Aug 1915. Samuel died Jun 1989 in Onancock, Va, Va, at 73 years of age. His body was interred in Parsley Cematery, Parksley, Va. He married Margaret (Peggy J) Colona in Princess Anne, MD, MD, 1941. (Margaret (Peggy J) Colona is #417.)
