64. Isaiah⁵ JUSTIS, Jr. (Isaiah⁵, Robert⁶ Justice, Ralph⁷, William⁸) reference 366 (#296) was born 1786. Isaiah died 30 Jan 1855 at 68 years of age.

He married Sally Lewis 17 Jan 1803.⁽¹⁵⁾ (Sally Lewis reference 367) (Sally Lewis is #297.) Sally was born 1786. Sally was the daughter of William Lewis and Tabitha PARKS. Following is Isaiah Jr's will. Accomack Will Book 1846-1882 p.224 dated 9/8/1849 proved 2/25/1856 To beloved wife Sally Justice during her life or widowhood my island where on I at present reside, I also give to her all my personal property after paying my debts and at her decease or marriage, the above named island and property to be sold to the highest bidder, no one allowed to bid for the island but my children, and the proceeds of the sale to be equally divided between my children, namely William Justice, Tabitha Mason, John Justice, Samuel Justice, Revell Justice, Sally Barnes, and Polly Justice. To my grandvhildren Nancy Mason and Chas Mason $30.00 each. The above on condition my wife consents to the sale.

Isaiah JUSTIS, Jr. and Sally Lewis had the following children:

74 iii. Sally Justice (#808). She married John BARNES. (John BARNES is #824.) John is the son of Parker BARNES. Married a Barnes.

75 iv. Tabitha Justice (#806) was born 1812. Tabitha died 1897 at 85 years of age. She married William Mason 24 Jan 1833.⁽¹⁶⁾ (William Mason is #821.) William was born 1809. William died 1900 at 91 years of age. Married a Mason, had two children by 1849, Nancy Mason and Chas Mason

76 v. John JUSTIS reference 368 (#298) was born 1816. John died 24 Oct 1881 at 65 years of age. He married Catherine BARNES 20 May 1839. (Catherine BARNES reference 369) (Catherine BARNES is #299.) Catherine is the daughter of Parker BARNES.

77 vi. Revel JUSTIS⁽¹⁷⁾ reference 85 (#721) was born 18 Jan 1820.⁽¹⁸⁾ Revel died 26 Dec 1881 at 61 years of age.⁽¹⁹⁾ His body was interred 1881 in Liberty Cem., Parksley, Accomack Co., Va.⁽²⁰⁾ He married Nancy BARNES 1844. (Nancy BARNES is #795.) Nancy was born in Accomack Co., Va. 29 Sep 1823.⁽²¹⁾ Nancy died 16 Jul 1914 in Accomack Co., Va., at 90 years of age.⁽²²⁾ Her body was interred in Liberty Cemetery, Parksley, Accomack Co., Va. Revel Justis's will is in will book 1882-1901 P. 1. Accomack Co. court house. In a marriage book 1805-1855, PAGE 58, "Mr. Revel Justis married Nancy Lewis Jan. 7, 1835. Marrige register kept by Geo. H. Ewell. The bride is 13 and the groom is 15."
