He married ELIZABETH WESCOTT. (ELIZABETH WESCOTT is #3022.) ELIZABETH was born October 31, 1906. ELIZABETH was the daughter of HEZEKIAH BLEDSOE WESCOTT and ELIZABETH MAPP. ELIZABETH died September 24, 1974 at 67 years of age. Her body was interred in Franktown, Northampton Co VA.

RICHARD HENRY JACOB and ELIZABETH WESCOTT had the following children:
