19. ROSE⁴ THOROWGOOD (ADAM³, ADAM², WILLIAM¹) was born about 1672. ROSE died before December 7, 1709 Princess Anne Co., VA, at approximately 37 years of age.

She married twice. She married THOMAS LAWSON 1693. THOMAS was the son of ANTHONY LAWSON (Lt. Col.) and ANN KEELING. THOMAS died 1703 Princess Anne Co., VA. He made a will Princess Anne Co., VA, October 27, 1703. Probate November 9, 1703. He was Justice of Princess Anne Co., VA. (Purse & Person, p. 620)

She married EDWARD MOSELEY (Col.) after 1703. EDWARD was born Norfolk Co., VA about 1661. EDWARD was the son of WILLIAM MOSELEY (Capt.) and MARY GOOKIN. EDWARD died 1736 Princess Anne Co., VA, at 75 years of age. He was Justice, Sheriff, Coroner, Burgess for Princess Anne County from 1703-1705 and vestryman of Lynnhaven Parish.

THOMAS LAWSON and ROSE THOROWGOOD had the following children:

81 iii. FRANCES LAWSON. She married NICHOLAS COCKE Princess Anne Co., VA, before December 7, 1709.
