529. THOMAS⁷ CUSTIS (MJR.) (JOHN⁶, ELIZABETH⁵, MARGARET⁴ MICHAEL, ELIZABETH³ THOROWGOOD, ADAM², WILLIAM¹) was born Accomack Co., VA September 22, 1726. (Bill Burton) THOMAS died January 6, 1764 Accomack Co., VA, at 37 years of age.

He married CASSANDRA "CASEY" WISE Accomack Co., VA, June 21, 1748. (bond date)

CASSANDRA was born April 7, 1728. CASSANDRA was the daughter of JOHN WISE (Mjr.)(III) and SCARBURGH ROBINSON. CASSANDRA died April 28, 1803 Accomack Co., VA, at 75 years of age. Buried at "Clifton." (Bill Wilkins)

He made a will Accomack Co., VA, May 9, 1763. Probate February 28, 1764. (Stratton Nottingham, Wills & Administrations Accomack Co., VA, p. 217) He inherited the property at A83 from his father and left to his sons, John, William P. and land at Doe Creek to son, Samuel. (Ralph Whitelaw, Virginia's Eastern Shore, p. 971)

THOMAS CUSTIS (Mjr.) and CASSANDRA "CASEY" WISE had the following children:

764 iv. THOMAS CUSTIS was born January 5, 1753. THOMAS died December 29, 1811 at 58 years of age. He married twice. He married ELIZABETH SMITH May 17, 1772. ELIZABETH was born January 1, 1758. ELIZABETH was the daughter of WILLIAM ROBINSON SMITH and MARY BAGWELL. ELIZABETH died December 21, 1773 at 15 years of age. He married ELIZABETH LUKER December 14, 1780. ELIZABETH was the daughter of LUKE LUKER and ANN JOHNSON. ELIZABETH died before May 4, 1824 Accomack Co., VA. Of Drummond Town. (Ralph T. 765 v. ANNE CUSTIS was born January 2, 1755. ANNE died after 1764.
