763. JOHN8 CUSTIS (CAPT.) (THOMAS7, JOHN6, ELIZABETH5, MARGARET4 MICHAEL, ELIZABETH3 THOROWGOOD, ADAM2, WILLIAM1) was born Deep Creek, Accomack Co., VA February 23, 1750. JOHN died March 3, 1809 Accomack Co., VA, at 59 years of age.

He married CATHERINE PARKER December 17, 1772. CATHERINE was born 1753. CATHERINE died 1840 Accomack Co., VA, at 87 years of age. (Bill Wilkins)

JOHN CUSTIS (Capt.) and CATHERINE PARKER had the following children:

child 1032 vii. CATHERINE CUSTIS was born September 15, 1783. CATHERINE died April 24, 1839 at 55 years of age. She married BAGWELL WHARTON June 15, 1811. BAGWELL was born September 24, 1770. BAGWELL died February 12, 1821 at 50 years of age.

child 1033 viii. WILLIAM P. CUSTIS was born May 7, 1788. WILLIAM died November 6, 1838 at 50 years of age. He married ELIZABETH FISHER. ELIZABETH was born September 11, 1797. ELIZABETH died 1864 at 66 years of age.
