He was listed as a resident in the census report 1820 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.(148) He was listed as a resident in the census report 1830 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.(149) John's will was probated 27 Jul 1846 in Accomack Co, VA.(150) In his will written 27 Jun 1846, John Killman named only his wife Nancy Killman. Witnesses were John E. Gray, Samuel Johnson and Teakle Taylor (Acc Co Wills 1846-1882, p. 7).

She was listed as a resident in the census report 1850 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.(159) She was listed as a resident in the census report 1860 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.(160) Comfort's will was probated 8 Sep 1905 in Accomack Co, VA.(161) Comfort Killman, age 30, was living alone in the 1850 Acc Parish HH#884 and in 1860, age 39 and a laborer, she was again living alone in the Acc Parish HH#530.

John was employed. He was listed as a resident in the census report 1860 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.(165) John Killmon is not listed in the 1850 Acc Co census, but is listed as the head of the 1860 Acc Parish HH#600, with a wife, Virginia, and Alfred J. Killmon, aged 12. John was listed as a sailor and perhaps this explains why he was not listed in the 1850 census. Evidently, John and Virginia had no children of their own, but raised his brother Samuel's son, Alfred. There is no direct proof that John was the son of John Henry Killmon and Nancy Parkes, but the fact that he raised Samuel's son Alfred.

child 30 v. Samuel (of J.) Killmon(166) was born in Accomack Co, VA circa 1822.(167) Samuel died before 1860. He married Jane (-----) circa 1845.

He was listed as a resident in the census report 1850 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.(168) Samuel (of J.) Killmon must have died before 1860, as he was not found in the 1860 Acc Co Census.

child 31 vi. William (of J.) Killmon(169) was born in Accomack Co, VA circa 1827.(170) He married Jane Taylor 4 Aug 1849 in Accomack Co, VA.(171)

William was employed at as a Sailor. He was listed as a resident in the census report 1850 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.(172) He was listed as a resident in the census report 1860 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.(173)

Ellis was employed at as a Sailor/Oysterman. He was listed as a resident in the census report 1850 in Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.(189) Conflicting evidence states that he died 14 Apr 1915.(190)
