152. Edmund⁵ Bayly (Thomas⁴, Rose³ Fisher, Maddox², Patience¹ "V") was born in Accomack Co., VA August 27, 1763. Edmund died November 18, 1805 in Accomack Co., VA, at 42 years of age.

He married Rachel Revel Upshur in Accomack Co., VA, September 14, 1790. Rachel was born in Northampton Co., VA May 24, 1771. Rachel was the daughter of John Upshur (Col.) and Ann Emmerson. Rachel died January 8, 1816 at 44 years of age. (Whitelaw p. 982, 1014)

Edmund Bayly and Rachel Revel Upshur had the following children:

+ 263 i. John Hill⁶ Bayly was born February 4, 1792.

264 ii. Thomas Upshur Bayly was born in Accomack Co., VA February 9, 1794. Thomas died September 12, 1796 in Accomack Co., VA, at 2 years of age.

+ 265 iii. James Upshur Bayly was born January 1, 1796.

266 iv. Ann Upshur Bayly was born in Accomack Co., VA December 5, 1799. She married William Digby Seymour in Northampton Co., VA, October 10, 1826. William was born September, 1800. William was the son of William B. Seymour and Elizabeth Kerr. William died after 1839.

267 v. Elizabeth Upshur Bayly was born in Accomack Co., VA September 25, 1802. She married John A. Roach(Rev.) in Accomack Co., VA, February 7, 1837.
