302. MESHACK F.⁶ FISHER (FAIRFAX JOHN THROUGHGOOD⁵, THOMAS⁴, MADDOX³, MADDOX², PATIENCE¹ "V") (#5023) was born in Accomack Co. VA about 1811. MESHACK died January 15, 1872 in Accomack Co. VA, at 60 years of age. His body was interred in Accomack Co. VA, Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.

He married RACHEL B. NORTHAM in Accomack Co. VA, May 7, 1833. (bond) (RACHEL B. NORTHAM is #5024.)

RACHEL was born September 12, 1813. RACHEL was the daughter of SOUTHY NORTHAM and NAOMI 'NEOMY' BYRD. RACHEL died September 27, 1897 in Messongo Bridge, Accomack Co. VA, at 84 years of age. (Information on Meshack and his descendants was provided by M. K. Miles-Ghote). The obituary for Rachel Northam Fisher named surviving two sons, John and Samuel B. Fisher, and three daughters: Mrs. Thomas Groton, Mrs. Elbridge Ross and Miss Sarah Fisher.

MESHACK F. FISHER and RACHEL B. NORTHAM had the following children:

501 iii. SAMUEL B. FISHER (#5029) was born in Accomack Co. VA 1839. SAMUEL died January 15, 1913 at 73 years of age. He is buried at Bethel Baptist Church cemetery, Accomack Co. VA.

502 iv. MARY A. FISHER (#5030) was born in Accomack Co. VA about 1842.

503 v. SARAH C.ORJ. FISHER (#5031) was born in Accomack Co. VA about 1847.

504 vi. DAUGHTER 2 FISHER (#5034) was born about 1850.

505 vii. BURNETTA ANN FISHER (#5032) was born in Accomack Co. VA about 1852.

506 viii. DAUGHTER1 FISHER (#5033) was born in Accomack Co. VA about 1852.
