He married MARY HARRISON MAY. (MARY HARRISON MAY is #7037.) MARY was the daughter of JOHN FITZHUGH MAY and MARGARET FIELD. (Whitelaw, p. 1062)

THOMAS HENRY BAYLY (Judge) and MARY HARRISON MAY had the following children:
