He married Nancy Richardson in Worcester Co., MD, October 29, 1811. (Mary Beth & Vanessa Long,
Worcester County Marriage Licenses) Nancy was the daughter of Robert Martin Richardson and Comfort Ayres. Lambert was named in
his uncle Matthew's 1786 will. His father left him lands in Queponco: "Consolation" and "Addition." (date of death & marriage - Suzanne
B. Hurley, Ocean City Lifesaving Museum). He is buried at Buckingham cemetary, Berlin, MD. (Melanie Ayres Merryweather, Genealogy of the

Elizabeth K. Ayres was born in Worcester Co., MD 1831. Elizabeth died 1898 in Worcester Co., MD.
Her body was interred in Worcester Co., MD, All Hallows. She married James Bowdoin Robins
Purnell(Dr,) 1862. James was born in Worcester Co., MD November 3, 1829. James was the son of William Undrill Purnell
and Eleanor "Ellen" Horsey Robins. James died March 7, 1909 in Worcester Co., MD. His body was interred in
Worcester Co., MD, All Hallows. He is shown as a doctor, living in a hotel, age 29, in 1850 census of Worcester Co., MD. Ft. Chessid
Purnell is the same hotel. James had two children who died in childhood; see Melanie Ayres Merryweather's Genealogy of the Purnell Family.
