236. ELISHA⁵ PURNELL (WILLIAM⁴, ELISHA³, THOMAS², THOMAS¹) was born in Worcester Co., MD about 1760. ELISHA died before October 14, 1802 in Worcester Co., MD, at approximately 42 years of age.

He married SARAH PURNELL in Worcester Co., MD, about 1790. SARAH was born September 6, 1766. SARAH was the daughter of LEMUEL PURNELL (Judge) and DENNIS HOPKINS. He received "Fairfield" from his father in 1794.

ELISHA PURNELL and SARAH PURNELL had the following children:
