259. JULY ANN JULIANNA⁵ FASSITT (NELLY⁴ PURNELL, WALTON³, THOMAS², THOMAS¹) birth date unknown.

She married CHARLES "RIDER" HENRY. CHARLES was the son of JOHN HENRY (Col.) and DOROTHY RIDER. CHARLES died 1835 in Worcester Co., MD. His father left him "Spring Hill, "Gillys Delight," and land in Dorcester County, "Pasture Neck," and "Henrys Addition to Pastureneck, and two lots in Vienna Town. Charles named his son, Edwin and daughters Mary Erexine, Charlotte Ann and Eleanor Frances. Stephen Purnell wrote in his will dated February 5, 1835 that Charles R. Henry was to be trustee for a bequest to his children: Edwin, Charlotte Ann, Ellen and Erexine. In 1834, Nancy Purnell made a bequest to the three daughters of Charles Henry: Charlotte, Ellen Frances and Erexine.

JULY ANN JULIANNA FASSITT and CHARLES "RIDER" HENRY had the following children:
