She married Joseph Prentis in Northampton Co., VA, December 11, 1778. Joseph was born in Williamsburg, VA January 24, 1754. Joseph was the son of William Prentis and Mary Brooke. Joseph died January 18, 1808 in Williamsburg, VA, at 53 years of age.

1046 iv. John B. Prentis was born in Suffolk, Nansemond Co., VA February 15, 1787. John died about 1787 in Suffolk, Nansemond Co., VA.

1047 v. John Brooks Prentis was born in Suffolk, Nansemond Co., VA February 1, 1789.

1048 vi. Eliza Prentis was born in Suffolk, Nansemond Co., VA April 14, 1791. Eliza died about 1791 in Suffolk, Nansemond Co., VA.

1049 vii. Robert W. Prentis was born in Suffolk, Nansemond Co., VA November 6, 1794.

1050 viii. Mary Ann Prentis was born in Suffolk, Nansemond Co., VA January 19, 1796.
