110. Ann⁶ Drummond (Richard⁵, Richard⁴, Ann³ Tilney, John², John¹) was born in Accomack Co., VA February 26, 1743. (Ralph Whitelaw, VA Eastern Shore, p. 980) Ann died September 8, 1801 in Accomack Co., VA, at 58 years of age.

She married twice. She married William Justice in Northampton Co., VA, about 1759. William was born about 1739. William was the son of Ralph Justice and Sarah Marshall. William died before 1762 in Accomack Co., VA. He made a will May 12, 1757. Ann married second Thomas Bayly. See Fisher Family Journal, Whittington Family Journal.

She married Thomas Bayly (Col.) about 1762. Thomas was born in Accomack Co., VA March 14, 1737. (Ralph Whitelaw, VA Eastern Shore, p.980-981) Thomas was the son of Edmund Bayley(II) and Rose Fisher.

Thomas died 1808 in Accomack Co., VA, at 71 years of age. The tomb of Thomas Fisher shows his mother to be Rose Fisher, daughter of Maddox. The tomb also shows his father as Edmund, grandfather Edmund and great grandfather as Richard Bayly of Craddock. (Ralph Whitelaw, VA Eastern Shore, pp. 1011, 1014, 980-982)

Ann Drummond and Thomas Bayly(Col.) had the following children:

+ 211 iii. Catherine Bayly was born January 24, 1772.

+ 212 iv. Thomas Monteagle Bayly(Col.) was born March 26, 1775.

+ 213 v. Margaret Kerr Bayly was born about 1778.

+ 214 vi. Richard Drummond Bayly was born October 12, 1780.
