He married Betty Harmanson STRINGER. Hezekiah is cited as a minor in 1729. (Vernon L. Skinner, Jr.) (Betty Harmanson STRINGER is #141.) Betty was the daughter of Jacob STRINGER and Elishe HARMANSON.

Hezekiah TILNEY and Betty Harmanson STRINGER had the following children:
