700. William8 Dunton (Rickards7, Elizabeth 'Betty'6 Rogers, Nathaniel Comfort5, Mary4 Marshall, Thomas3, Thomas2, John1) was born October 24, 1775. William died June 7, 1835 at 59 years of age.

He married Mary Coleburn in Accomack Co., VA, December 27, 1798. Mary was born December 8, 1782. Mary was the daughter of Thomas Coleburn and Sabra Kellam. Mary died February 23, 1829 at 46 years of age. Marriage from Virginia State Library Bible record. (Bill Wilkins)

child 1093 i. Ann C.9 Dunton was born 1800. Ann died 1824 at 24 years of age. She married John B. Thomas 1822. John was born 1782. John was the son of Harrison Thomas and Elizabeth Downing. John died 1841 at 59 years of age. (Bill Burton)

child 1094 ii. William Henry Harmanson Dunton was born 1802. William died 1838 at 36 years of age. He married Miranda Bernard.

child + 1095 iii. Thomas Kellam Dunton was born April 16, 1804.

child + 1096 iv. John Ricketts Dunton was born December 8, 1806.

child + 1097 v. Catherine Sabra Dunton was born March 16, 1809.

child + 1098 vi. Samuel Washington Dunton was born January 2, 1811.

child + 1099 vii. Sophia Elizabeth Dunton was born about 1813.

child + 1100 viii. Custis Mercer Dunton was born June 18, 1816.

child + 1101 ix. Mary Coleburn Dunton was born March 10, 1819.

child 1102 x. James Monroe Dunton was born January 18, 1823. James died February 4, 1869 in Northampton Co., VA, at 46 years of age.

child 1103 xi. Anne Coleburn Dunton was born 1828.
