939. Joseph Thomas⁹ Mapp (Francis "Frank" Bushrod⁸, Cassandra "Cassey"⁷ James, Thomas⁶, Sarah⁵ Marshall, Thomas⁴, John³, Thomas², John¹) was born May 17, 1878. Joseph died November 22, 1946 at 68 years of age.

He married Sarah A. Jacob. Sarah was born March 2, 1870. Sarah was the daughter of Thomas Hancock Jacob and Margaret "Peggy" Mapp Nottingham. Sarah died January 22, 1948 at 77 years of age. 1387 i. Joseph Thomas¹⁰ Mapp. He married Virginia Louise Gibbs December 17, 1931. Virginia was born August 16, 1908. Virginia was the daughter of John Edward Gibb and Mary Alice Franklin Dowty-Doughty. (Bill Wilkins)

1389 iii. Thomas Jacob Mapp was born March 22, 1915. Thomas died August 13, 1989 at 74 years of age. He married Bernice Ison.
