She married Francis Jenkins Henry 1788. Francis was the son of John Henry(Col.) and Dorothy Rider. Francis died 1796. His father left him lands in Worcester Co., MD. Catherine named her grandchildren in her 1810 will with the surname Henry.

Frances "Fanny" Purnell and Francis Jenkins Henry had the following children:

271 ii. Dorothea Esther Water Henry. She married William Fassitt 1820.

+ 273 iv. Margaret Campbell Henry was born April 11, 1793.

274 v. John Francis Jenkins Henry was born March 9, 1795. John died 1814.
