Her name is shown only as Mary, with no surname. Because the prayer book entries are concentrated on the lineage and descendants of Mary Marshall, wife of Azariah Purnell, it is only assumed that the Mary Purnell who married Levin Stewart was the daughter of Mary & Azariah Purnell.
