953. Eliza⁷ Nelson (Priscilla⁶ Sturgis, John Outten⁵, Mary⁴ Outten, Sarah³ Purnell, John², Thomas¹) was born 1814. Eliza died 1867.

She married John Outten Sturgis (III) in Worcester Co., MD, December 26, 1826. John was born 1803. John was the son of John Outten Sturgis(Jr.) and Leah Mills. John died 1872. John was named in his mother's 1837 will and appears in the 1840 census of Worcester County. He married his cousin, Eliza Nelson. (Floyd L.
