916. Harriet Burleigh⁹ Darby (Esther⁸ Christian, Michael⁷, Rose⁶ Powell, Sarah⁵ Yeardley, Sarah⁴ Michael, Elizabeth³ Thorowgood, Adam², William¹) was born February 1, 1785. Harriet died August, 1840 at 55 years of age.

She married John Andrews Parker 1802. John was born in Accomack Co., VA September 20, 1779. John was the son of George Parker and Sarah Andrews. John died August 11, 1810 in Northampton Co., VA, at 30 years of age.

Harriet Burleigh Darby and John Andrews Parker had the following children:

1282 i. Elizabeth Darby¹⁰ Parker was born April, 1803. Elizabeth died June, 1803 at less than one year of age.

1283 ii. Caroline Burleigh Parker was born April 20, 1805. Caroline died June, 1808 at 3 years of age.

1284 iii. Arinthia Darby Parker was born February 19, 1807. She married James Macon Nicholson in Northampton Co., VA, June 21, 1830. James was born in Charles Co., MD 1807. James was the son of James Hopper Nicholson and Rebecca Lloyd. Arinthia and James moved to Baltimore, MD by 1855. (Ralph T. Whitelaw, VA Eastern Shore, pp. 302-303)

1285 iv. Sarah A. Parker was born December 2, 1809. Sarah died August 13, 1814 at 4 years of age.
