He married Grace Dumcombe Taylor 1796. Grace was born April, 1780. Grace died March 28, 1809 at 28 years of age.

William Littleton Eyre and Grace Dumcombe Taylor had the following children:

child 1059 ii. Robert Taylor Eyre. Robert died before 1834.

child + 1060 iii. William Littleton Eyre(Jr.) was born November 15, 1806.
