1087. William H.⁹ Kendall (Custis⁸, John⁷, Custis⁶, Sorrowful Margaret⁵ Custis, Margaret⁴ Michael, Elizabeth³ Thorowgood, Adam², William¹) was born 1821. William died July 18, 1885 at 64 years of age.

He married Hannah Ellen Stockley (Stoakley) in Northampton Co., VA, May 28, 1867. Hannah was born 1835. Hannah was the daughter of Thomas Stratton Stockley(Stoakley) and Sarah Ann Scott. Hannah died February 5, 1882 at 46 years of age. Buried at Kendall Place, Northampton Co., VA. Buried at Kendall Place, Northampton Co., VA.

William H. Kendall and Hannah Ellen Stockley(Stoakley) had the following children:

1447 i. Elizabeth "Bessie" A.¹⁰ Kendall was born 1869.

1448 ii. Ellen Kendall was born 1875. Ellen died 1946 at 71 years of age. She married Robert Lee Ailworth. Robert was born April 24, 1865. Robert died January 13, 1954 at 88 years of age.
