He married Margaret "Peggy" Wilson February, 1780. Margaret was born October 8, 1763. Margaret was the daughter of Ephraim Wilson and Mary Hayward. Margaret died September 17, 1825 in Somerset Co., MD, at 61 years of age. Of "Westover," in Somerset County, MD. (Bill Wilkins)

He married Elizabeth Tilgham. Elizabeth was born 1796. Elizabeth died December 15, 1815 at 19 years of age. He married Mary Ann Savage in Northampton Co., VA, May 9, 1818. Mary was born in Northampton Co., VA June 10, 1796. Mary was the daughter of William Burton Savage and Susanna Smith. Mary died September 27, 1820 in Somerset Co., MD, at 24 years of age. He married Sallie Elzy Jones in Somerset Co., MD, March 25, 1830. Sallie was born December 13, 1793. Sallie died before 1850. Buried at "Westover," Somerset Co., MD. (Bill Wilkins)

child 1072 ii. Edward Hancock Custis Wilson was born in Somerset Co., MD December 10, 1794. Edward died October 3, 1827 at 32 years of age. He married Sarah "Sally" Stratton in Northampton Co., VA, May 5, 1818. Sarah was born in Northampton Co., VA March 9, 1801. Sarah was the daughter of John Stratton and Lucy Digges. Sarah died March 13, 1875 in Baltimore, MD, at 74 years of age. Buried at Greenmount Cemetery, Baltimore, MD. (Bill Wilkins) Buried at "Westover," Somerset Co., MD.

child 1073 iii. Mary Henrietta Wilson was born 1796. Mary died 1800 at 4 years of age.

child 1074 iv. Peggy C. Wilson was born 1798. Peggy died 1800 at 2 years of age.

child 1075 v. Henry Parke Custis Wilson was born in Somerset Co., MD June 12, 1801. Henry died February 16, 1875 in Baltimore, MD, at 73 years of age. He married Susan Ellen Savage in Northampton Co., VA, 1824. Susan was born in Northampton Co., VA December 3, 1801. Susan was the daughter of Thomas Lyttleton Savage and Margaret "Peggy" Teackle. Susan died after 1852.
