1153. Sarah Ann⁹ Bayne (Elizabeth Smith⁸ Hack, Peter⁷, Ann⁶ Custis, Henry⁵, Margaret⁴ Michael, Elizabeth³ Thorowgood, Adam², William¹) was born 1804. Sarah died 1867 at 63 years of age.

She married Samuel Dawson. Samuel was born 1787. Samuel died 1844 at 57 years of age.

Sarah Ann Bayne and Samuel Dawson had the following children:

1524 i. Roger Temple¹⁰ Dawson. He married Martha Keppler Chamblin.

1525 ii. Nicholas Gassoway Dawson was born 1839. Nicholas died 1900 at 61 years of age. He married Virginia Cropper. Virginia was born 1839.

1526 iii. Charles Gassoway Dawson was born 1841. Charles died 1900 at 59 years of age.

1527 iv. Elizabeth Hack Dawson was born 1842. Elizabeth died 1893 at 51 years of age. She married Richard Johnson Ayres(Jr.). Richard was born about 1835. Richard was the son of Richard Johnson Ayres and Leah Wainhouse Johnson. Richard died 1910 in Accomack Co., VA, at 75 years of age. His body was interred in Accomack Co., VA, St. George's. 1528 v. Arthur Dawson was born 1846. Arthur died 1900 at 54 years of age.

1529 vi. Henrietta Malinda Dawson was born 1848. Henrietta died 1900 at 52 years of age.
