She married Isaac Nottingham in Northampton Co., VA, August 31, 1748. Isaac married Mary Holt after Mary's death. Isaac was the son of Robert Nottingham(Capt.) and Sarah Michael.

Isaac died before April 12, 1768 in Northampton Co., VA.

Sarah Freshwater and Isaac Nottingham had the following children:
