She married Michael Dixon (Sr.). Michael was born after 1646. Michael was the son of Christopher Dixon and Millesant. Michael died before February 13, 1732 in Northampton Co., VA, at approximately 85 years of age.

Susanna Tilney and Michael Dixon(Sr.) had the following children:

+ 30 i. Michael⁴ Dixon (Jr.).

31 ii. Tilney Dixon was born after 1732.
