He married Mary "Polly" Costin October 11, 1838. Mary was born 1794. Mary was the daughter of William Costin and Lucretia Dixon. Mary died after 1850.

Elizabeth was born 1803. Elizabeth died after 1850. He married Esther K. Floyd in Northampton Co., VA, November 15, 1856. Esther was born in Northampton Co., VA about 1815. Esther was the daughter of William Floyd(Jr.) and Frances Hallet. Esther died after 1860.

child 355 iv. Sarah "Sally" Mapp was born 1795. She married Edmund Powell Roberts in Northampton Co., VA, December 20, 1814. Edmund was the son of Arthur Roberts and Sally Powell. Edmund died October 1, 1842.

child 356 v. John Robins Mapp was born 1797. John died 1873 at 76 years of age. He married Margaret Custis Leatherbury in Northampton Co., VA, 1838. Margaret was the daughter of John Leatherbury and Elizabeth "Betsy" (West). Margaret died August 15, 1849. Buried at Willow Grove, Northampton Co., VA.

He married Hannah E. Scott in Northampton Co., VA, December 20, 1830. Hannah was the daughter of Thomas G. Scott and Elizabeth Nichols. Hannah died before 1832. He married Elizabeth Nicholls Scott in Northampton Co., VA, July 3, 1832. Elizabeth was born in Northampton Co., VA 1815. Elizabeth was the daughter of Thomas G. Scott and Elizabeth Nichols. She married William Harmanson in Northampton Co., VA, December 23, 1825. William was born in Northampton Co., VA August 4, 1791. William was the son of Henry Harmanson and Lucretia Respess. William died November 26, 1876 in Northampton Co., VA, at 85 years of age. William and Margaret are buried at Woodside in Northampton Co., VA.

child 359 viii. Elizabeth H. Mapp was born 1822. Elizabeth died 1861 at 39 years of age. She married Samuel C. Bulman in Accomack Co., VA, May 3, 1853.
