She married twice. She married William Woolf. She married John Little.

Tilney Warrington and John Little had the following children:

189 iii. William Little was born December 3, 1740. William died January 5, 1772 in Rehobeth, DE, at 31 years of age.

190 iv. Jean Little was born February 2, 1742.

191 v. John Little was born September 9, 1742.
