172. Susanna⁶ Teackle (Elizabeth⁵ Custis, Thomas⁴, Tabitha Scarburgh³ Whittington, William², William¹) was born May 5, 1738. Susanna died after 1770.

She married Daniel Gore in Accomack Co., VA, 1762. Daniel was the son of William Gore. Daniel died 1770 in Accomack Co., VA. (Ralph T. Whitelaw, Virginia's Eastern Shore, p. 1371)

Susanna Teackle and Daniel Gore had the following children:

405 i. Susanna⁷ Gore. Susanna died after 1770. She married Custis Kendall(Jr.). Custis was the son of Custis Kendall(Mjr.) and Elizabeth Bowdoin. Custis died 1813.

406 ii. Thomas Teackle Gore. Thomas died before September 1, 1797 in Worcester Co., MD. He married Unknown Quinton. Of Somerset Co., MD.

407 iii. John Gore. John died before 1797.

408 iv. Mary Gore. Mary died after 1770.

409 v. Quinton Gore. She married Able Upshur Teackle after 1805. Able was born August 6, 1768. Able was the son of Levin Teackle and Anne Arbuckle.

410 vi. Ann Gore. Ann died after 1770.

411 vii. Elizabeth Gore was born December 28, 1762. Elizabeth died January 15, 1794 in Accomack Co., VA, at 31 years of age. Buried at Warwick, Accomack Co., VA. (Mihalyka & Wilson, Graven Stone, Heritage Books, Bowie, MD, p. 278) She married twice.

She married Abel Upshur in Northampton Co., VA, 1779. Abel was born about 1755. Abel was the son of Arthur Upshur(IV) and Leah Custis. Abel died March 25, 1790 in Accomack Co., VA, at 34 years of age. Buried at Warwick, Accomack Co., VA (Mihalyka & Wilson, Graven Stone; Bill Wilkins)

She married John Upshur May 14, 1792. John was born December 29, 1761. John was the son of Thomas Upshur(II) and Anne Stockley. John died September 29, 1842 in Northampton Co., VA, at 80 years of age. Buried at Brownsville, Northampton Co., VA. (Bill Wilkins)
