17. Lacey⁴ Bayly (Ursula³ Scarburgh, Ursula² Whittington, William¹) was born in Accomack Co., VA about 1693.

She married William Harmon about 1720. Named as a grandaughter by Richard Bayly in 1726 and called Lacey Harmon. (Ralph Whitelaw, VA Eastern Shore; Stratton Nottingham, Wills & Admin. Acc. Co.)

Lacey Bayly and William Harmon had the following child:
