133. Charles⁶ Bayly (William⁵, Edmund⁴, Ursula³ Scarburgh, Ursula² Whittington, William¹) was born about 1745. Charles died 1782 at 37 years of age.

He married Mary Simpson about 1765. Mary died after 1782. Mary was the daughter of John & Mary Simpson. Will dated March 13, 1782, probated September 24, 1782. (Nottingham, p. 334)

Charles Bayly and Mary Simpson had the following children:

333 i. Thomas Simpson⁷ Bayly was born about 1765. Thomas died 1827 at 62 years of age. He married Ann Justice. Ann was the daughter of Ralph Justice and Sinah Simpson. Will dated June 1, 1827, probated November 26, 1827.

334 ii. John Bayly was born about 1765. John died 1837 in Accomack Co., VA, at 72 years of age.

335 iii. Susanna Bayly was born in Accomack Co., VA about 1770. She married Jonathan West in Accomack Co., VA, November 17, 1806. Robinson West was security on the marriage bond.

336 iv. Sarah Bayly was born about 1772. Sarah died January 20, 1833 at 60 years of age. She married twice. She married Frederick Floyd in Accomack Co., VA, September 17, 1804. Frederick died January, 1822 in Accomack Co., VA. She married James Ashby after 1822. James died January 10, 1857.

337 v. Nancy Bayly was born in Accomack Co., VA about 1774. Nancy died before June 28, 1814 at approximately 39 years of age.

338 vi. Elizabeth Bayly was born in Accomack Co., VA about 1778. Elizabeth died before June 28, 1814 at approximately 35 years of age.

339 vii. Margaret Bayly was born in Accomack Co., VA about 1780. Margaret died November, 1851 in Accomack Co., VA, at 71 years of age.

340 viii. Mary Bayly was born in Accomack Co., VA about 1780. Mary died before June 28, 1814 at approximately 33 years of age.
