He married UNKNOWN BOWMAN. (UNKNOWN BOWMAN is #7148.) Margaretta Stevenson notes his wife was a Bowman. (Margretta Stevenson, The Stevenson Family from the Eastern Shore MD to Woodford Co. KY, 1966, p.19)

WILLIAM WHITTINGTON and UNKNOWN BOWMAN had the following child:

child 185 i. MATTHIAS OR MATTHEW6 WHITTINGTON (#7149) was born about 1780. His descendants are continued in "The Littleton Heritage."
