13. Phillip⁵ Fisher (II) (Capt. Phillip⁴, John³, John², (-----)¹)⁽¹¹⁴⁾ was born in Northampton Co, VA, circa 1666. Phillip died 1709 in Accomack Co, VA, at 43 years of age.⁽¹¹⁵⁾

He married Elizabeth (-----) circa 1690.⁽¹¹⁶⁾ Elizabeth was born circa 1665. Elizabeth was living 17 Feb 1708/9 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹¹⁷⁾

Phillip was living 9 Dec 1701.⁽¹¹⁸⁾ Phillip's will was probated 7 Jun 1709 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹¹⁹⁾ In his will, written 17 Feb 1708/9, Phillip Fisher named a wife Elizabeth; sons John, Phillip and Bally Fisher; daughers Mary and Elizabeth; and his wife's daughter Ann James. His wife Elizabeth was the residual legatee and executrix. Children under age. Trustees were Robert Brimer, William Lucas Sr., John Morris and John Johnson. Witnesses were John Morris and William Lucas (Acc Co Wills &c., 1692-1715(xi), p. 492).

38 iv. Phillip Fisher (III)⁽¹²⁴⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA, circa 1698. Phillip was living 17 Feb 1708/9 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹²⁵⁾

39 v. Bally Fisher⁽¹²⁶⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA, circa 1700. Bally was living 17 Feb 1708/9 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹²⁷⁾
