35. John⁶ Fisher (Phillip⁵, Capt. Phillip⁴, John³, John², (-----)¹)⁽¹⁸⁵⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA, circa 1692. John died February 1742/3 in Accomack Co, VA, at 50 years of age.⁽¹⁸⁶⁾

He married Elizabeth Roberts(?) circa 1720.⁽¹⁸⁷⁾ Elizabeth was born circa 1700. Elizabeth⁽¹⁸⁸⁾ was the daughter of John Roberts. Elizabeth died 1757 in Accomack Co, VA, at 57 years of age.⁽¹⁸⁹⁾ Elizabeth was living 28 Feb 1743/4 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹⁹⁰⁾ John Roberts named a daughter Elizabeth Fisher in his will, written 16 Aug 1737, and probated 12 Oct 1742 (N'hamp Co Wills & Inventories, 1740-50, p. 68). It is assumed that she was this Elizabeth, wife of John Fisher. Elizabeth Fisher's estate was administered to Thomas Fisher on 28 Dec 1757. Thomas Parramore was the security (Acc Co Orders, 1753-63, p. 217).

John was living 17 Feb 1708/9 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹⁹¹⁾ John Fisher's estate was administered to his widow Elizabeth Fisher on 28 Feb 1743/4. Thomas Bonnwell and Thomas Parramore were securities (Acc Co Orders, 1737-44, p. 551).

John Fisher and Elizabeth Roberts(?) had the following children:

58 i. Thomas⁷ Fisher⁽¹⁹²⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA, circa 1720. He married Susannah (-----) circa 1745.⁽¹⁹³⁾ Susannah was born circa 1720.

Thomas was living 28 Dec 1757 in Accomack Co, VA.⁽¹⁹⁴⁾ Thomas Fisher began to buy property in the north part of Acc Co in 1747 on the Guilford Road and Messongo Branch. There were frequent deeds of property exchanges, generally small acreages. In these he appeard with his wife Susannah (Blair Smith Article, p. 10). It is assumed that Thomas Fisher, to whom Elizabeth Fisher's estate was administered to on 28 Dec 1757, was her son (Acc Co Orders, 1753-63, p. 217).

59 ii. Spencer Fisher⁽¹⁹⁵⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA, circa 1722. Spencer was living 28 Sep 1756.⁽¹⁹⁶⁾

60 iii. Bayly Fisher⁽¹⁹⁷⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA, circa 1724. Bayly was living 28 Sep 1756.⁽¹⁹⁸⁾

61 iv. Solomon Fisher⁽¹⁹⁹⁾ was born in Accomack Co, VA, circa 1726.
