150. Richard⁶ West (Comfort⁵ Rogers, Mary⁴ Marshall, Thomas³, Thomas², John¹) birth date unknown. Richard died 1788 in Accomack Co., VA. Will dated January 18, 1787, probate January 29, 1788. he named him wife, Ann, son Salathiel Milby received the plantation where "I now live." He named daughters Comfort Mears, Rachel West, son Charles and Abel West, and his son-in-law Elisha Mears. Witnesses: John Ashby, Nathaniel Aimes. (Stratton Nottingham, Wills & Administrations of Accomack Co., VA, p. 376)

He married Ann Milby. Ann was the daughter of Salathiel Milby and Frances(wife of Salathiel Milby). Not proved that the Ann who married Richard West was Ann Milby, d/o Salathiel & Frances; based on the name of her son, Salathiel Milby West. (Stratton Nottingham, Wills & Administrations of Accomack Co. VA, Heritage Books, Bowie, MD, 1990, p. 108) Descendants provided by Bill Wilkins - Ghote.

340 v. Rachel West. She married Levin Rodgers. Will of Elisha Mears (Nottingham, p. 366) names Levin Rodgers and leaves his share of Richard West's estate in right of his wife Rachel.
