156. Thomas Wise⁶ Rogers (Daniel⁵, Mary⁴ Marshall, Thomas³, Thomas², John¹) birth date unknown. Thomas died 1767 in Accomack Co., VA. Will dated February 16, 1767, probate April 28, 1767. Southy Simpson was appointed guardian to Hannah Scarburgh Rodgers and Polly Rodgers, heirs, at probate. (Stratton Nottingham, Wills & Administrations of Accomack Co., VA, p. 236)

He married Anne Simpson. Anne was the daughter of John Simpson and Mary(wife of John Simpson). Anne died after 1796. She married 2nd Jonathan West. (Bill Wilkins)

Thomas Wise Rogers and Anne Simpson had the following children:

355 i. Hannah Scarburgh⁷ Rogers. Hannah died after 1792. She married Southy Simpson. Southy was the son of Southy Simpson(Sr.) and Comfort(wife of Southy Simpson). Southy died after 1794. She married her cousin, Southy Simpson, Jr. His father, Southy Sr. was appointed her guardian when her father died.

356 ii. Polly Rogers. Polly died after 1792.
