51. Daniel⁵ Rogers (Mary⁴ Marshall, Thomas³, Thomas², John¹) birth date unknown. Daniel died 1752 in Accomack Co., VA. Will dated October 12, 1751, probate March 31, 1752. He left land "where I now live on this side of a little branch" to son James, and 12 1/2 acres on Cedar Island to son John. Son Zerobable received land on the west side of the branch and Thomas to receive 12 1/2 acres on Cedar Island. His sons were all under age.

He married Hannah Scarburgh Wise. Hannah was born about 1707. Hannah was the daughter of John Wise(Jr.) and Matilda West. Hannah died 1759 in Accomack Co., VA, at 52 years of age. Daniel Rogers and Hannah Scarburgh Wise had the following children:
