Margaret, widow of John, was left 40 Pounds by her father-in-law, George Bunting, Sr., to raise the children. (Accomack Co. Wills 1809-1812 Reel 62, p. 366) John Bunting "of George" is listed in the 1800 census, page 2 (10020-1001003)

Estate Inventory & Sale October 20, 1802 included among those purchasing from estate: Peggy Bunting, Jonathan bunting, Robert Jenkins, George Bunting, Smith Bunting, George smith. George Bunting was paid for inventory. (Accomack Co. Wills 1809-1812 Reel 62

John Bunting and Margaret "Peggy" Conquest had the following children:
